Free Dog Clicker Training Articles...

Purpose of these Free Clicker Training Articles

If you are keen on clicker training your dog, you have come to the right place. These free clicker training articles are specially chosen to cover most, if not all, of the topics needed to clicker train a well behaved dog. As you will soon discover, these articles are deliberately kept brief and concise, with clear and simple steps, so that it is easy even for those with little or no clicker training experience to follow. In line with these objectives, we have deliberately left out more advance clicker training topics such as shaping, backchaining etc because it is difficult to present these concepts in the same brief and concise format.

These articles are thus aimed at teaching people the world over basic clicker obedience.

If your objective is to clicker train your dog for competitive obedience, these articles are still good enough to teach you the basics. Thereafter, visit our Recommended Books page for books, or training videos we feel can help take you to the next level.

Finally, if you have not done clicker training before, we recommend that you try it out first, using our list of free articles posted here to see if it is suitable for you before even contemplating buying any books.
